During the consultancy, the BrandyMe Personal Branding Model is put into practice in line with the person's goals, while performance coaching tools are also used. BrandyMe Personal Branding process is shaped entirely according to the person's own goals and expectations. As a result of the consultancy process, the person reveals her unique value and leadership in her field, increases her visibility and sphere of influence, gains clarity about her career plan and goals, and reaches her targeted audience.

BrandyMe's founder, İrem Sefa Yayımlar, is the sole owner in Turkey of Personal Branding Guru William Arruda's one and only IC accredited Personal Brand Strategist Program Certificate in the world.

Previously, she has managed corporate brands and created marketing strategies in leading multinational companies as a brand and marketing manager for 7+years. Then she worked in London as an International Division Manager in the world's leading training and development company, Landmark Worldwide and coached over 300+ people in Europe to reach their goals.

She is a Certified Personal Brand Strategist, ICF Coach accredited at Reach Personal Branding School by William Arruda in Personal Branding Strategist, Digital Branding Strategist and 360Reach Personal Brand Analyst Programs.

She discovered that she could use all her knowledge and experience in the field of branding to empower people to reveal their own values. Thereby she completed Personal Branding Guru William Arruda's "Certified Personal Branding Strategist", "Certified Digital Branding Strategist" and "360Reach Analyst" programs which are accredited by ICF and became the only personal brand consultant in Turkey with this certificate. By combining the content, methods, tools and strategies for creating a Personal Brand that she acquired in this program, the expertise she gained in corporate life in the field of brand management and strategic marketing, and the performance coaching experiences she gained internationally, she created the brandyMe Personal Branding Model, focusing on women's personal branding. She believes that personal branding is the most effective way to reveal the unique gift people bring to this world. She also gave a speech titled "Personal Branding to Break Glass Ceilings" at the world's largest Marketing Event, World Marketing Summit, hosted by Philip Kotler, known as the father of marketing.

So, combining her passion of empowering women with her branding & marketing expertise and coaching experiences, she is currently running her own business and co-creating personal brands with business women demonstrating their unique value and leadership in the relevant industry all around the world. 

So far she has worked with more than 1500 women from more than 15countries. In addition, she led personal branding session in leading corporate companies such as Meta (Facebook), SAP, Boeing, Akbank, Brisa, Koton.
